Ben never developed guys/had enough depth and just the way they run the offense and play defense is better than Ben could do. What has been done with Durkin, Grove, Reynolds, and the freshman development wise hasn't been seen. Of Course Tyson being a go to guy also.

Not so sure when you get starters from Michigan State and California. They also kept most of there starters happy---so there is that also. Depth was an issue last year as outside of Koi not much left and we already picked up 2 high ranked S out of the portal.

Not sure how much NIL $$$ MN has to spend on the portal but they sure seem to have a lot to spend after Koi left? Seems like a lot of depth and even from places such as Tenn, Michigan St, and California. He is grabbing depth and some higher ranked PFF scores like the safety he just picked up.

Lot of flexibility at the 3....Fox and Battle both could play the 3. Imagine if Purdue throws a big lineup at us...we now have so much lineup flexibility.

I am worried about Thompson....but who knows maybe he will redshirt this year. He surprised me last year.
