    Washington away game--hotels?

It's a 2 hour drive from Vancouver to Seattle, but it's double that from Whistler. And I agree, it's a gorgeous drive.

    Washington away game--hotels?

That's a hell of a drive to Seattle and back from Whistler. Vancouver BC is gorgeous, one of my favorite cities in the world.

    Rondale Moore Dead At 25

He was like a video game while at Purdue. Such an electric player. Terribly sad.

    I’m a fleck guy but

Considering this program has averaged a 10-win season once every 60 years since 1905, maybe asking for one just 7 years after our last one is being a little greedy.

Reusse: Gophers coach Niko Medved’s “Iron Six” pick up win over indifferent Oregon

Here's the old design vs. the new one. The new version is a definite improvement, in my opinion.

Seattle ain’t cheap, especially in the burbs by the HQs of Costco and Microsoft.

    Mount Rushmore of gopher coaches

Given our sordid history over the last six decades, our fourth face should really just be this.

He said he wanted nice. For the weekend we’re playing Washington it looks like it’s $534 a night. If you want a lake view it’s $700.

The Woodmark is a beautiful hotel in Kirkland right on Lake Washington, and only about 7 miles from the UW campus. I’ve stayed there multiple times for business and loved it. thewoodmark.com

Is there a reason why Ohio State is playing a neutral site non-conference game in the middle of the conference schedule? That feels like SEC football, only against a quality opponent.

Watching IU-Oregon and noticed the Ducks are 1-11 in conference play. That means they could possibly be 1-13 when we play them in Eugene next week. It would be objectively funny if we lost to them and ran our horrible loss list to teams with a collective 2-33 Big Ten record between Penn State...

***OFFICIAL MARYLAND AT MINNESOTA SUPER BOWL SUNDAY IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Sorry, the “we don’t have enough players” excuse doesn’t cut it with me. We had the same roster today that we had 3 days ago when we beat the #10 team in the country. It’s not the players, it’s how they play.

How the hell do we have 3 ranked wins, yet 2 losses to teams that were a combined 1-20 in conference when we played them? Inexcusable losses.

***OFFICIAL MARYLAND AT MINNESOTA SUPER BOWL SUNDAY IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

We’ve faced an 0-10 and now 1-10 teams in our last 3 games and played down to both. In between we played great against the #10 team in the country. This team needs to bring its best every game. We’re not good enough to do otherwise.

Kelvin Sampson: "We have a very poor athletic department. We're poor. We were poor when I got here, and we're still poor."

Last summer, Sampson signed a 4-year, $23.5 million extension, so the UH athletics department has SOME money. Or, maybe that contract is why they’re poor.
