Going off the topic a bit. A few comments in regard to the fake licenses working. I can't help but wonder what kind of fraud or hurt that fake licenses cause as a whole. We talk about fraud etc. This is the first step in that direction.

Agree. The kid knows that if they wanted him, they would have offered by now. By waiting to the end, you're feeling like a dork as you only received an offer because someone else turned it down and you're the bridesmaid.
