Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

Wemby only started 9 more games this year than last and they limited his minutes more this year. Yes Fox played mostly a full season, but like I said they subtracted one starter and a main bench player from last year. It's not a very different team. Young guys do get better, except seemingly...

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

Ant was injured a good part of the 2nd half of the season and during the playoffs this year.

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

The Wolves were in the WCF last year. SAS missed the playoffs and won 34 games. The only change SAS made to their rotation this season was getting rid of Chris Paul and Jeremy Souchan, and replacing them with a rookie guard averaging ~12 points per game off the bench. And now they are...

I'm suggesting the NBA is a terrible product right now because it is.

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

You never have your eyes open, and called the Wolves small which is ridiculous. When the wolves play D they beat both of those teams. But OKC is sooo talented….

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

Where's the gulf of talent? The Wolves were in the WCF two years ago and the Spurs won 22 games. They are likely a play in team at best without Wemby this season. They basically had the same core last season, added Harper, changed coaches and went from 34 to 60 wins. When OKC is officiated...

2026 Second Round Playoff Thread: Minnesota vs San Antonio

He's listed at 6'2" 175. What's your point? This whole argument started because you said he's too small to contribute in the NBA. That's completely false. His lack of production has zero to do with is size.

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

The Wolves are on par with OKC and SA when you combine experience with talent. I can't believe all of the talk about the Wolves being 'moody', Wolves players saying themselves that they don't listen to the coaches, and watching Finch get out coached in the playoffs every year, and yet don't...

All Things 2026 Minnesota Twins In-Season Thread

No one is paying Jeffers 20 million, let alone 25 million per year. That would make him the highest paid catcher in the league. He'll likely make 10-12 million per year and they should absolutely pay that.

Good thing they cleared all that cap space.

I misread and thought you were talking about Lewis. I think trading Jeffers is a mistake

As always, you are completely overrating NBA draft picks and the ability to hit on those pics.

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

I already answered this question with everyone except Rudy. Everyone else drives to the hoop and gets to the rim.

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

So you're saying no one on the wolves is driving to the hoop in this series? If so, I don't believe you've even watched one game. I didn't realize Wemby's 12 blocks in game 1 were all out at half court.
  17. GopherWeatherGuy

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

Nonsense. The only person who can't drive to the hoop is Rudy. Every game they've won in both series they did it by driving to the hoop, kicking it back out and moving the ball around. They either made baskets at the rim or had an open 3. Every game they have lost they play iso ball, don't...

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

The Wolves have given up 126, 115, 133, 125, and 116 in their playoff losses. It has very little to do with offense. Their offense is good when they attack. When they get lazy and launch contested 3 after contested 3, their offense sucks. It's 100% coaching.

Time to look ahead.......what is your plan?

The wolves are big and designed to play slow. Because Ant wants to play slow. For all of you who wanted a better 'PG' or to get smaller, faster, more athletic, you're going directly against how your superstar wants to play. So then what?
