I absolutely love this team and coach. Are we NCAA bound, not likely. Are we going to finish in the top half of the league? Probably not. But missing 3 key guys, we play a fun brand of basketball, we pass well, the coach maximizes guys who are limited in some ways. Excited for the future...

Sure they do, and as I said winning would be a perk, but those are about exposure first in my opinion. Again, I'm sure they would all prefer to win, but being on TV all the time with a big paycheck means more.

I think there is a distinction for sure. Texas USC Florida Tennessee scream hey look at us, we're brands! They will host a gameday, they get hyped... and then finish 8-4 just like the gophers will. Its like the cowboys in the nfl or the Lakers in the nba.
