My guess is they saw some of it while he was playing and back to visit. Fleck has referred to him as "Coach Mo" more than a few times. You have to start somewhere as a coach and build that skill set.

He is talented, no question. At the U he was a big fish in a medium pond. If he lands at a helmet school, he will be a medium fish in a large pond. He'll need to continue to work to develop that talent and become more disciplined if he wants a long career in the NFL.

Go look at his success at every level. Like he said "Google me, all I do is win." As a college HC at multiple levels, he has never had a losing season in 15 years. His teams have been nationally ranked 12 of those 15 years.

Honestly, this has to be MPLSGopher. The level of constant pivoting he is doing is breathtaking.

All programs can bring on transfers, and the overall classes (transfers and recruits) Fleck and Cignetti brought in for 2025 were ranked very close (IU #38, MN #43). In 2024, Fleck's overall class was #33, Cigneitti's was #46. I agree coaching is the difference in the on te field results.

Cignetti didn't have $$ at James Madison or last year at Indiana.
