All Things 2025/26 College Football Transfer Portal Thread

Programs paying agents not to tell the kid (their client) about offers is really, really bad. Those people should be kicked out of college sports.

All Things 2025-26 Minnesota Wild Season Thread

If offensive too expensive at the deadline, a C that excels on defense like JEEK would be a really nice consolation prize. Probably still expensive but hopefully mitigate damage if/when JEEK is out.

QB Jackson Kollock will enter the portal.

Nobody has any idea what he can do on a college football field and that’s the problem for QBs in his position. Stay at your current school and hope that your number is called when you’re an upperclassman OR go out to a lower level and put something on film. No one is taking an upperclassman...

QB Jackson Kollock will enter the portal.

With the way the portal works today for QBs, it seems imperative for guys to get playing time as underclassmen. They can’t risk sitting behind a starter for multiple years waiting their turn only for their team to pull a OB out of the portal to play over them. Go where you can prove yourself...

Official 2026 Roster Movement Thread - Who's In and Who's Out?

You’re right. He gained weight due to injury at the start of fall camp and wasn’t able to lose it.

Official 2026 Roster Movement Thread - Who's In and Who's Out?

I think there was more to it than this take. He made some really good plays but he was far too inconsistent and made several boneheaded plays. Also, remember that Tanner Morgan was his QB and Tanner was good enough to get the ball to Bateman and Johnson.

    Koi Perich Transfer Portal

The more I hear about this transfer in the post-mortem, the more I think his departure will be a net positive for the program. People trying to be kind by calling him the most unique player they’ve ever covered, saying PJ bent over backwards to keep Koi happy, etc. No player is bigger than...

    Gopher portal visits and signings

Better defense help lifts the ceiling even if the offense doesn’t improve. Don’t give up 30+ to Cal and NW and it’s potentially a 10 win season

    Koi Perich Transfer Portal

Wouldn’t be the first time a star transferred to Oregon and got buried in the depth chart.

Official 2026 Roster Movement Thread - Who's In and Who's Out?

All too often Koi went searching for the big play and missed the basics.

Oregon’s batting average on taking former Gopher stars remains high. Best of luck to Koi. Here’s hoping the Gopher secondary tackles better next season.

Yeah… I’m not sure Wisconsin is the offense to find that out.

DL Xion Chapman commits to the Gophers

Most are against CUSA teams but there’s a couple plays against Penn State.

    Gopher portal visits and signings

I haven’t seen anything confirmed and Burns didn’t include him in the Kaba story. So maybe he shouldn’t be counted?

If there’s more money and DL are willing to take what’s offered, keep stacking ‘em deep. This one looks to be 6’3” 290 and better against the run than as a pass rusher.

DL Xion Chapman commits to the Gophers

I believe he went JUCO out of HS. Not sure of the reason though.

Yeah, it seems like someone at one of the recruiting services made a data input error…

DL Xion Chapman commits to the Gophers

They have 4 WRs total returning from last year’s team. Of those 4, only two saw PT last season and the other 2 are redshirt freshmen. They needed to fill out the depth chart with players that had some experience. Hence, the additions of Jennings and Steptoe who are likely to be WR4/5. Smith...
