I don't doubt that Fleck and like many others do have a mentor that we just don't know about it. Most of us have someone whom we look up to and to pick their brains.
Sorry to see him go. We don't know the whole story behind the scenes. Why rip on Koi, PJ or anyone else? I just ask him not to go to another Big 10 team.
Perhaps those changes are coming when Fleck finds the right person to replace someone. Kind of like not quitting your job until you have a new one lined up.
