This, along with the Maxx Williams catch against Iowa in 2014, are the two best Gopher receptions I have ever seen (not counting the Antoine Winfield INT on defense). Both were so incredible the announcer didn't even give a thought to it actually being a catch during live action.

Definitely the greatest individual Gopher sports performance I have seen in my life. What makes it more amazing is that much of those stats came AFTER he had 4 fouls. This is not quite fitting in the rules, but maybe the most amazing thing I have seen as a Gopher football fan was that one...

This is a stretch, but I'm wondering if anyone remembers who the umpire was from probably the 1980s - 1990s who, when calling strike 1 or 2, used to raised his arm straight up in the air and make what appeared to be draing a cursive capital H with his hand?
