Teams move a lot. You want teams that you beat to do well because Quad 2 wins can become Quad 1 wins. Inverse, Quad 3 wins/loses can because Quad 4 if those teams end up being bad.

The only thing i recall is a player visiting another school (Iowa?) without telling the staff. That could be a no-no and would make sense because that could fail the character test.
