I think we are capable of playing better than we have. I'd like to think we'll figure out how to run rhe ball at least a little better. Our receivers are going to learn to run their routes better for the play called and they will get better at catching contested passes. These are all things...

Well, certainly Purdue did more dumb things. The halfback pass intercepted by the Gophers was so unnecessary...so dumb. They could run the ball at will but fell in love with the pass. The two face mask penalties were Gopher luck...without them we would have needed to make another play or two.

This should be a good thing for the Gophers! So many times a team that climbs into the polls feels the pressure and gets knocked out. The Gophers were gifted some juice to victory.
