***OFFICIAL NATIONALLY RANKED IOWA AT MINNESOTA RIVALRY GAME IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

I’m loving this! Is Tyson traveling before he starts his dribbling!? I’ve seen it twice now and I was expecting a whistle. Whew.

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT NORTHWESTERN IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

I agree with you 100%. These guys literally need to play hard for four-minute stretches, and they get a break. Three to four days before the games is plenty of time to recover (I assume Niko isn't having them run suicides at practice). That said, just to be safe, I wish the obnoxious...

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT NORTHWESTERN IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

It could really be a blessing in disguise for next year that Kai and Grayson are getting all these minutes, when realistically, the plan was for upperclassmen to be in the rotation. I hope Niko is a bit cutthroat when negotiating NIL with Vaihola, Willis, and Omot. NIL should cut both ways...

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT NORTHWESTERN IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Past regimes had zero answers for aggressive, overplaying Ds. So refreshing to see easy buckets.

When Did Players Lose The Skill of Shooting a Basketball?

Reynold reminds me a bit of a Tubby Smith guard. Big, strong, athletic, should be playing strong safety, not point guard at this level.

    Total Wins During Conference Season

Did you happen to see the Jokic injury last night? That looked similar to Vaihola's. A lot of speculation this AM that it's a hyperextension. If that's the case, we can probably roughly extrapolate how much time Jokic misses to Vaihola. We need him badly for the screens as much as the boards...

***OFFICIAL FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON AT MINNESOTA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

If Reynolds was playing halfway decent we’d be up by 25+

He’s not even hitting rim on his layups.

Through 15 Games, Cade Tyson is second in the B10 in scoring @ 21.7 per tilt

UNC's Kyan Evans didn't play in crunch time against Ohio State this last weekend... Pretty significant falloff in his production from CSU last year. I bet he misses wide-open looks.

***OFFICIAL CAMPBELL AT MINNESOTA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

I gotta imagine the market tanks for players like Omot. Teams with deep pockets won’t waste their time and teams with shallow pockets won’t take the risk unless there’s a huge discount. It really bums me out. With Willis, Omot, and Vaihola healthy, this team has a much different ceiling.

***OFFICIAL TEXAS SOUTHERN AT MINNESOTA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

I remember Pitino was hired in what? March or April? He gave Mo Walker an ultimatum, and Big Mo was Skinny Mo by the start of that season—just an insane transformation in 7/8 months. There's really just no excuse when you're playing ball daily, have a state-of-the-art fitness center, and...

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT PURDUE, TWO UNDEFEATED BT TEAMS, SOMETHING HAS TO GIVE IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

It's so nice to have some easy buckets sometimes and/or wide-open looks. It felt like whenever we played road games against ranked teams the past few years, we had to work so damn hard for every point. Even the makes felt lucky.

Official 2026 Roster Movement Thread - Who's In and Who's Out?

I didn't think Ijeboi was anywhere near Ky. Ky outperformed Bucky when they were playing together. The run blocking was insane that year. Some of us posters could have had a few 100-yard games, lol.

Shooter: Lindsey, Koi and Taylor could exceed $3 million for trio.

If this is truly a business decision, Drake is getting $1 million (maybe more), and you are allocating the other $2 million to the OL and defense. It's a no-brainer.

Is 2025 when College Bowls Die?

Coaches don't like doing this anymore, as showcasing younger, less-known talent creates a market for them, making them more expensive (or potentially too expensive at middling NIL programs).

    Former Players Updates

Obvs Pharrel is the most Payneful departure. But man, Frank Mitchell hit the portal immediately after Ben got fired. It took him a while, but he really found his groove down the stretch last year. I wonder if he could have fit into Niko's system. He was an underrated passer and just a beast on...

Starting PG Chansey Willis out for the year

I think they said last night he was out with a "shin." He missed summer workouts due to a stress fracture in his shin. It seems that it acted up as soon as he started playing on it again this fall. Not ideal, as I counted on him to be the "X factor. I don't expect he'll be back, although that...
