I had fun at the Guaranteed Rate Bowl last time around (despite the poor game and field conditions). WVU fans were fun to party with, AZ is a nice place to go in late December, etc. Really wish the game was at Sun Devil Stadium instead of the D-Backs ballpark though.

Tomes is a pure shooter, not sure of the Carr comparison. Carr was a decent shooter but more ball dominant player and all around scorer. Tomes will be able to play off the ball, running off screens, etc. He'll need to work on his body and am not sure of his passing/pick and roll ability yet...

Yea, Tyson is a really good player, but he isn't Dawson Garcia and never will be. The hope is that options 2-4 can make up the difference with a balanced attack. Omot coming back and playing well would be huge...but no idea on his status, does anyone?

That's really the crux of our issues. Tyson is a high quality player. We need some combination of Asuma Willis and JCJ to step up in a big way.
