There was a second transfer window last year after spring ball. That window no longer exists.

Agreed on the OL but also take all the DL they can get. I think with a good DL, LB is a spot that can be filled through HS recruiting.

TCU wasn’t a dead program… Butler basketball has had other good teams and been a quality mid major for quite some time.

There’s got to a significant amount of scouting into the mentality of each player too. Every player is dialed in and working his ass off for the success of the team. It doesn’t appear that anyone is chasing glory, they’re all just there to win.

I don’t think it makes Cignetti one of the greatest coaches ever but this is one of the greatest coaching jobs ever. Now if he is able to sustain this level…

The power of knowing exactly what you need to make your team good and getting players that have proven they have those qualities on a college football field. They called it production or potential on the broadcast and makes all the sense in the world for the portal.

Are you saying that collection of talent is better than everyone else before Cignetti and staff even get to work? That’s a wild take! Their better than everyone else because the coaches have got the team to buy in and believe in themselves and their process.
