I’d say that there’s quite a few guys that had good production at lower levels. I’m honestly more concerned about the higher rated guys. As they didn’t really contribute at their last P4 stops.

As mentioned earlier, Indiana has 8 guys that were 4 star or higher. The other 3 teams have at least 40…

There’s got to a significant amount of scouting into the mentality of each player too. Every player is dialed in and working his ass off for the success of the team. It doesn’t appear that anyone is chasing glory, they’re all just there to win.
I don’t think it makes Cignetti one of the greatest coaches ever but this is one of the greatest coaching jobs ever. Now if he is able to sustain this level…
The power of knowing exactly what you need to make your team good and getting players that have proven they have those qualities on a college football field.
