I hate to break it to you, but given how we perform on the field, 90% of the program is NOT just fine. Maybe 20%. All the real football stuff is broken. Poor schemes, poor instruction, poor play calling, poor execution, poor choice of coaches, poor recruiting. We should've smoked MSU, Purdue...

PJ is a good person. He could succeed in many roles. He's not a smart football guy.

Im no expert, but I will always take the position that receivers most often aren't open cause of route design, not ineptitude or lack of skill or speed.

Our opponents this year, and every year, have receivers sit down wide open in the zone 15 yards downfield for a first down. Time and time again. We never do it. Any receiver can run that route. I look for it every game. It never happens. I don't get it.
