I think KOC made a mistake not putting Brosmer in, but it's just that, a mistake. KOC is a good coach and a guy most any player would want to suit up for.

Bottom line, from what I have seen- we have not had a drop off in talent from last year and we will have a better coached team. I think we will have a better year than last year.

On the other hand, if coaches do set up their defenses to stop Tyson, and Tyson moves the ball within the Niko offense- others will get open looks. In the past we have had star players who were operating in a less movement and pass oriented offense who ended up forcing shots that were lower...

If the team is in bubble or better position much of the Big Ten season and if the team is getting better each month- it will be a success for me.

Hubert Davis seems to be more of a get great talent and let them make plays coach. I hope Tyson fits in a whole lot better in Niko's system.

It just seems like we finally get high end QBs (Brosmer and Lindsay) and we have nothing to go with them.

Better O Line, D Line, running backs, WRs and more team speed on both sides of the ball and we will be fine.

I feel like this season, team and coach are going to be less about whether a Garcia or other player makes plays for himself, gets hot and more about how we play as a team. Sure Tyson appears to be the key scorer but I think he has to make it off of other guys doing work and moving the ball...

I don't disagree that Fleck has been better than past coaches. That said he has never been creative and always predictable. This year's team lacks both speed and toughness. This is poor talent.

I would agree that they are likely to do better this year- but I am not ruling us out. I really liked what I saw in terms of executing both an offense and defense against NDSU. There is enough ability here, but it will take winning the close ones.

What really helps McCollum is to bring Stirtz with him- a guy who will run his stuff and lead.

He needs to get into better shape. His backside is huge compared to his upper body. He's got some ability, if he has the want to.
