It just seems like it'll be a long year. The way we're struggling against these lower tier schools, I just don't know how we compete in the Big 10 even if we show improvements. These guys need to be coached up into a cohesive unit. That ain't happening.

I feel the same. The confidence is just completely shot through the players and the coaching staff. Clear inexperience in the staff. These players aren't great, but we're getting about the least we can out of this group. There's just nothing about this that works right now.

I am likely just expecting too much of him, as he is a great scorer, but he really cannot / does not pass the ball. He's averaging 26 pts and 1 assist through the first 3 games. The other 8-9 guys may not be great players, but I know we will not win games with Garcia going isolation all night.
