Coach P and her staff are about more than just the basketball. They recruit the entire person, not just the basketball talent. Then, the coaching and development is on and off the court. She creates an environment that makes strong, confident young women out of her student/athletes.

I imagine as she gets better defensively, she will see more minutes. Playing good defense is a must in Coach P's system. That's how you earn minutes.

Our daughter had to sit out a year after transferring. It was her best year of development. Really hard not to play but she didn't have to worry about game performance and focused on skills.

Tessa will be starting next year. Staley finds and recruits the best.
