I can’t wait! Is it so big because the two teams are highly ranked? Does the winner get a 1 seed and the loser a 2 seed in the NCAA tournament?

Just out of curiosity: how did the Gophers’ resume look compared to some of those teams in the Last Four In? I’m assuming they beat some higher ranked opponents, but just didn’t have enough wins (and zero truly on the road).

Just curious why? NBA pedigree- coaching and playing. NBA coach of the year in 2007. Got a taste of college coaching for a year in Memphis, so I’d assume he knows what it would entail as far as the recruiting grind. Always seemed like a likable guy during his time here.

Radio guys explained last night that Nebraska/Wisconsin was scheduled for 4pm. They moved their game to Wednesday so Nebraska could do one of their make up game Friday. ESPN2 said “we still need a game for this time slot” so the Big Ten moved us into it.

Gosh it feels like it’s been so long between games! No idea what to expect tonight. I wonder how hard it is to keep guys motivated and practicing hard with so many days in between games. Certainly should be well-rested. Hope Pitino’s been coming up with a good game plan. Let’s go!

Forgive my ignorance, but what happens the rest of the way this season? Will they be releasing a second half of the schedule at some point? Have they said what kind of tournaments will be played? B1G and NCAA? It’s been a really fun start and has a casual fan like me taking interest!

How does Oturu compare to that Center, Justin Patton, that the Timberwolves traded for, got injured and seems to be in obscurity now? He was drafted 16th out of Creighton. I gotta think Oturu has a more impressive college resume than he had, but I don’t know. Certainly the quality of draft...
