All Things P.J. Fleck Rumor Mill Thread - Listed as Candidate for Other Jobs

If PJ left, I don't ever see him going to the SEC. His style/program doesn't exactly fit in the SEC and for the type of players they recruit.

All Things P.J. Fleck Rumor Mill Thread - Listed as Candidate for Other Jobs

It's not as big of a jump as it used to be. The last two NDSU coaches went to Kansas St and Fresno St. SDSU's coach is in his first year at Washington St. Cignetti took James Madison from FCS for 2 years to FBS for 2 years, then went to Indiana.

All Things P.J. Fleck Rumor Mill Thread - Listed as Candidate for Other Jobs

I'm not going to be too worried about it unless PJ actually left, which I don't think he will. I just think if you're looking for the next Cignetti, Polasek could have as good of a chance as anyone.

Fans should take a closer look then. He was also Iowa's OL coach. Won a natty in year 1 and has yet to play a close game in year 2 so far.

I don't think PJ is going anywhere. But if for some reason he did, I wouldn't look any further than Fargo to replace him.

Ed Ingram is a starter for the Texans. Calling Tai Felton a sub is generous.

Maybe Klint Kubiak should still be the offensive coordinator

The problems are easily fixed if they just put effort into defense throughout the entire game.

This is about as inspiring as firing Richard Pitino to hire Ben Johnson. At least Shelton has manager experience I guess.

Weather for this Saturday vs Michigan State

Seems about right to me. Might be some fog/drizzle early in the day. Saturday marks the start of the cloudiest month of the year. We're getting a few days head start on that.

    Scoggins/Kill Article

You also forgot that Fleck beats far more ranked opponents and has put far more talent into the NFL. Kill only won 8 games in 2 out of 4 seasons. The year he quit on the team they went 6-7

All Things 2025-2026 Minnesota Timberwolves In-Season Thread

I don't agree with most of this. They did it last year. Their D is still top 10, if not top 5 when Rudy is on the court. All of the starters were a plus when on the court last night except Randle. They showed they are capable of locking the opponent down in the 4th quarter again as LA only had...

Pathetic loss. Zero defense once again. Players will say we know we need to play defense but we didn't. Nothing changes as long as Finch is the coach. He has no control over these players.

JK's southern accent is about as real as Brian Kelly's southern accent at LSU.

    Scoggins/Kill Article

Also complete bullshit. JK only cares about himself and has proved it at every turn. There's a reason he and all of his assistants could never land a job equal to or greater than MN after they left.

    Scoggins/Kill Article

Complete bullshit. What PJ inherited on offense was beyond pathetic, not to mention virtually nothing at DB until PJ convinced Antoine Winfield Jr to stay. He’s the 3rd best coach Minnesota has seen in the last 60 years after PJ and Mason. Get over it.

All Things 2025-2026 Minnesota Timberwolves In-Season Thread

When you don't play defense and let the Nuggets shoot 53%, there are far fewer rebounds to get. No one said Dilly is that big. You never answered who the hell Crawford is on the Nuggets. Making things up again? Yes it is Science. The Wolves are just as big as they were last year if not...

All Things 2025 Minnesota Vikings In-Season Thread

None last year though, and only 1 wild card team the year before that. Several of those were division winners, and I don't think there's any chance someone wins the NFC North with only 9 wins this season.
