Football Scoop is reporting that Mike Dunbar, former Gopher Offensive Coordinator, passed away Friday at the age of 64.

I know it is a ways out...but I see that the Oregon State series is still schedule...hopefully, we are to a point at that stage that the non-conference schedule will continue to improve from there on...I also believe Colorado is scheduled after that.

When Joe Salem resigned in 1983, who were the finalists for the coaching position? Obviously, Lou Holtz took the job and I heard that Le Steckel had turned it down prior to him. Anyone know who the other finalists were? Holtz claims in his book that five people turned the job down prior to him.
