I am not in the college coaching business but in my opinion there is so much movement with coaches that no one takes it personally. It is truly not a "what you know" business but a lot more "who you know." Vast majority of coaches are on the move every couple of years.

Based on how they played Ohio State in the playoffs I would put ND ahead of Oregon. The Ohio State/Oregon Rose Bowl game was over 10 minutes into the game. Ohio State was in cruise control over ND but ND at least fought back.
