I don't disagree, but I suspect the motion in that case wasn't a change in play as much as part of the original play call. But we do line up 3 bunched together often and then those players kinda vanish.

Penn State still has the ability to straight out talent lesser teams and Cignetti could just suck suddenly but I doubt it too. Those two seem really speculative...

Illinois has a soft schedule so we have quite a few big 10 teams likely to push our bowl game down a few spots. Even if Nebraska struggles.

It’s really frustrating how announcers pick one or two narratives and no matter what happens just repeat it endlessly.

Gut wrenching for sure. The difference between win and losses can be inches and the feels are miles apart.

We generally throw short passes, that’s fine considering the OL. But we have a ton of play calls that are ALL OR NOTHING. If the defense plays it wrong (like REALLY wrong), it could be good, but if they don’t it’s a guaranteed 0 yard gain. Way too many of those plays. I do NOT want to see...
