Wow. I had Broncos in 1 of my 2 pools (Bears in other). How in the hell they won that is beyond comprehension. 33 points in 4th quarter. Giants fail on 3 extra points in game (2 kicks and a try for 2). Unbelievable. Has to be a long flight back to NYC.

This weekend vs UMD might say a lot about both programs. UMD playing pretty well to start year against so so opposition. Have really good top line but lack depth. If Gophers handle them both games, could be a harbinger of a successful season.

Brian Kelly is overrated as a coach. I can see LSU growing tired of him as he is a bit of a fish out of water in Baton Rouge.

Also loved the Kingsbury blitz/sack. He absolutely blew Johnson up.

Agree completely. Bad OL play leads to BIG problems everywhere.

IMO, 75% of the whole thing in the OL. We have to, have to, be able to run the ball adequately. Not the old 65% run, but closer to 50% and effective. There's some really good things about winning TOP, including reducing exposure to some defensive weaknesses.

I'd like to see us do more quick hitting runs. We can't hold our blocks so the slow, zone blocking, pick your hole thing, doesn't seem to work.

Gotta be able to run, at least a little. At this point, I'd dare us to run until we prove we can.

If we can't run the ball the next 2 games, we will easily lose both. To have a decent season, we can do no worse than a split.

Just watched it last night. As noted above, really well done, informative and touching. Made me want to watch Uncle Buck again. He is missed!
