I remember thinking should i post a "Chili-Hot" poll prior to the Buffalo game, but I came to my senses and remembered that it (the Chili-hot poll) was retired and banished to the depths of a certain game that was played in 2003.
You only have to be better for three plus hours. Paraphrasing Coach Glen Mason (and others).
I refuse to slight California Berkeley. Knew that they would be tough going in. They played well and won. Wish them the best going forward!
Go Gophers! Beat Rutgers!!!
Very fair and good analysis. The play in bold, hasn't really been talked about enough. Brookington needed to fight for that ball worst case he could have turned it into an incompletion. Best case he may have drawn interference. Much like one of the Cal. receivers did against (Gopher player)#24.
I don't know how California Berkeley's season will go, but the team I/ we saw last night was very good. Last years team has no bearing this year/ season.
Yes we didn't play our best, but that is no reason to slight the Golden Bears.
For me, mental errors can be a way of lacking discipline. Going against a fielding rule is also seen (by me) as such. Hopefully, only make a play if it's there to be had or it is true desperation time.
Mentally, the team needs to move on to Rutgers.
