There are no games to build a tournament resume because they lost the games they needed to win and the rest are cupcakes. They need to win a lot of Big Ten games to make the tournament. I don't see 12 wins in the Big Ten. I'm not sure I see 11 or 10.

The team looks exactly like I thought they would. They're a borderline NCAA team that will lose in Round 1 if they qualify. Braun has always been overrated. She's an inefficient, volume scorer. The front court is too plodding. They still need a dynamic PG.

This team has improved quite a bit. While the injuries have lowered the ceiling of success this season, they have accelerated the growth of the young players. Next year's team could be very strong and capable of making the Elite Eight or even Final Four if they can get 1 impactful transfer...

Play a real non-conference schedule. Iowa St. and South Dakota St. are good opponents, and they're local. That keeps travel costd low when you need to travel to their court, and it will draw crowds. Also, play the Tommies! That's a no-brainer.

Agreed. It was a high-end championship caliber team, though. Knies and Cooley both have a chance to be 1,000 point players in the NHL, especially Cooley. That would be quite an accomplishment.
