    Badger OL

I saw a lot of hands outside the outside pad outright just grabbing on, as well as a lot of arm bars, hooks, etc.

    Badger OL

I'm getting up there in age, but am I incorrect in my observation that the Badger OL held with impunity all game?

What grade would you give Athan Kaliakmanis in his first Axe game?

I would. It's obvious that Morgan's had two significant concussions this year. You want him to get three? He has his entire life ahead of him.

Athan grew up a lot today

I thought that was one of the better games I've seen from a Gophers QB. They took away what we do, got a lot of pressure on him and he made good decisions and throws time and time again. He had us in the game at half at PSU, saved our ass in Lincoln, had us a rare Mo fumble away from beating...

Poll: How would you grade the Gophers coaching in the loss to Iowa?

Yes! If only we had you at the helm, with knowledge of what they were going to do and what we should do. Tough game between two evenly matched teams. A few key plays broke their way. It happens. Blaming this on in-game coaching is mis-guided, in my opinion.

    For the seniors

It's been a lot of fun watching them. Easy to lament the near misses, but there were a lot of good times with this crew.

Best Gopher basketball players of past five seasons.

I just glanced that the rosters, and to me it's very clear cut: In no particular order, Carr, Oturu, Coffey, Mason, Murphy.

    Zach Evans looks the part

Yes. Potts from a stall to top speed is very slow. Looked way better today, which was nice to see. Props to the OL dominating so he didn't have to stall.

    Zach Evans looks the part

You could just tell with Bucky, the first time he returned that kick to near midfield I thought that they have to get this guy on the field. Small sample size, but I feel the same way about Evans.

    Zach Evans looks the part

He should be a part of the game plan the next two weeks. He has a burst and is a good change of pace to Mo. Potts looked much better than he has, but it's go time. Play your best players.

All time gopher team from your time as a fan?

No doubt, Rick was a little before my time though.

All time gopher team from your time as a fan?

Nope, Danny. Played here briefly from 2001-2003 ish. Him returning punts was a high wire act. He wouldn't fair catch anything. Had some wild/dangerous fieldings and some really good high risk/high reward returns.

    Too much Mo?

Apparently not. Another 32 carries today. It didn't look good early. He was getting nothing, his ankle was taped like Sheik Adnan El-Kasey's forearm, and at one point he was on the sidelines and appeared like he may be done. I thought they should've brought in Bryce and tried him on some...

    Too much Mo?

36 carries, when it wasn't necessary for him to carry such a heavy load? It's a conundrum, as he is our offense. He averages almost 6 yards a carry and we all saw what we look like when he's out. Coming off the achilles, the injury at MSU, in the medical tent today, and his bruising style...

All Things 2022 Gophers in NFL Thread

Bateman is playing. Battling a foot injury for several weeks but he's out there. edit: Bateman back in locker room to start second half with foot injury. 1 target 0 catches tonight. Hope he gets right.

    Jack Robinson commits to Wisconsin

My kid has been at many of the same AAU tournaments over the years, going back to when he was in 6th grade. Also in the same HS conference, so I've seen him a lot. First off, he's a really good shooter with a quick release. He's also a very smart player and a good passer. Where he falls...
