All Things D2 and D3 College basketball

Maybe it's just because I've only seen Carleton events, but that is far from an issue for home games here. I have yet to experience a Carleton sporting event where there were worries about getting tickets or being able to watch the event

Somehow usually don't even go through the first 500 tickets as well. Considering the school is just 2000 people its rare that many students show up to a sporting event

All regular season sporting events are free for everyone. MIAC playoffs are ticketed by the MIAC

For some sporting events the president is actually at the ticket booth paying for the first students. Hosted the MIAC soccer final this year and she personally stood and made sure the first 500 students to show up got in free. Don't think that will happen at the basketball game.

Campus president usually buys the first 500 student tickets so I don't know much info about tickets. Will let the thread know if I learn anything.

Friday Night Hoops at West Gym at Carleton will be fun. Considering the crowd we have had for regular season games, a friday night game will have the student section jumping.

My Carleton bias had the same thought. Would've been a huge swing after the beckler free throws

Great game to go to. Was in the Carleton student section so I didn't have the best angle to see if the full court buzzer beater at half was on time or not.

I work in the sports information department at Carleton and spent work today running possible scenarios for MIAC playoffs as of right now. Every team can technically make the playoffs, and Carleton has clinched a spot in the playoffs regardless of all other results

Knights play at Hamline tonight. Last time they matched up the Knights needed a miracle comeback with stupid fouls from Hamline to win on a buzzer-beating 3. Should be a good game

***OFFICIAL ILLINOIS AT MINNESOTA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Monday, first day of classes back. Hopefully the Barn has some life tonight and can give the guys that energy to beat a pretty good Illinois team. Want to see the same defensive intensity as against Ohio State.

As a current Carleton student, I will definitely be at the Carleton v. MAC game today. Been a while since our basketball team has looked as dangerous as they have this year.

However small it seems in the media, I know being in the cities I'll always find somewhere to watch the games with other like-minded folk. Brit's pub in downtown MPLS is always a great place to watch, and Allianz Field is doing watch parties in their brew hall. I am taking work off to go watch...
