Finding and developing players and finding really good coaches and coordinators is the way to get to the next level. Unless we somehow get more NIL funds, out recruiting teams isn’t going to happen until we can string some big seasons together.

Yes we just happen to hire coaches that can’t recruit at a high level time after time. Pick any coach in the country, they aren’t going to just come in and start reeling in top 20 classes.
