As much as I want this team to be ranked; I am actually okay with us not being ranked heading into the first road game. Less motivation for the home team lol If the wins keep coming we will see a ranking soon, and then it will be how do they respond with the national attention.

Gophers moved up some in this weeks poll. Still receiving votes but moved up to #27. Beat Kansas on the road and I think a ranking will happen. Will learn a lot about this team over the next three games. Also, I just looked the the Gophers conference schedule and holy crap do they have it...

Watched Kansas over the weekend play Missouri. Physical team and have some young talent.

Mostly agree with you here. I need to see how these stats hold up against better competition and road games. We will learn a lot about this team over the next three games.

This team can’t guard anyone. Can’t imagine what the BIG teams will do against this team. I get you have bad games but this is atrocious.

Hope so. Time will tell if we can score against good teams, especially on the road. Coach P is a defensive minded coach. Offense and designing plays is not her strong suit IMO.

Really interested to see how the Kansas game goes. Getting a road win would do wonders.

Wish this coaching staff could run some more action plays for Christian. Her shot is so smooth.

If Holloway ever learns to slow down and be patient she could do some good things. Glenn’s game is fun to watch. Tonga’s minutes will need to improve when we get to the tougher schedule. We will need more out of her.

I didn't vote for Paben; but, for some strange reason I feel like she is going to surprise us with her her shooting ability. I know the video I saw was a highlight film, but her shot is beautiful.

In the game when Woodson got hurt they spent some time with the small ball with her at the 5. I am curious to see if Zoey could play that when she comes back from her injury (unless the plan is to redshirt her) I thought she was suppose to be like Annika Stewart last year.
