Yes it has. However each QB the Gophers have played this year is better than Iowa's. By a significant margin. Iowa's OL and RBs are starting to show a pulse though.

Yeah this is now the Gophers best opportunity. Both QBs out and Allen for Wisconsin took a beating. He is not at 100%. Iowa has serious injury issues. Down to their #4 TE and their DBs have no depth due to injuries. I could see both teams losing twice outside of the Gopher game.

I was there and the 52-10 score was not representative of the true gap between the 2 teams. That was a total domination.

Comparing Minnesota to Iowa is like comparing Iowa to Wisconsin. You can find some similar numbers but when it boils down to head to head and who finishes ahead of the other many more times than not you discover that there really isn't a comparison.

Iowa isn't good. Minnesota can easily win that game. Wisconsin on the other hand has a good offense. Gophers will have their work cut out for them to retain the axe.
