    Brosmer in Vikings Game

Well, in case we didn't think it was a lock already, seems very likely now that Max is QB3 on the roster.

Shedeur Sanders’ Slide in NFL Draft Cost Him $44 Million

If you think that contradicts what I said I don't think you know how to read the bible.

Shedeur Sanders’ Slide in NFL Draft Cost Him $44 Million

Ummm....maybe it's because I'm Catholic but even supposing he is asking for forgiveness (I highly doubt it, self absorbed rich people are not typically religious) but repenting and repeating the same or similar behavior probably doesn't erase the sin. I mean, by that logic you could murder...

The 2025 Gophers football season will be a sucsss if?…

Yeah just saw that. But 2 for 2 onTrophies would be good.

The 2025 Gophers football season will be a sucsss if?…

I think they have to win 8 games and have Floyd and the Axe. The Jug would be a bonus. Plus win a bowl game. They only play two teams that are currently ranked going into the season. That's 10 games you should have a chance to win and probably will be favored in 8 of them.

    Brosmer in Vikings Game

I think there's a chance both Howell and Rypien are gone and they bring someone else in. But if they're picking three of these four it's JJ, Howell, and Brosmer.

    Brosmer in Vikings Game

I think the competition is between Rypien and Howell, they're not keeping two vet backups. Neither has been overly impressive so wouldn't be surprised no matter which they keep.

    Brosmer in Vikings Game

They simply do not play alike at all, but if Brosmer was in the NFL as long I'm sure he'd be happy with it. Only similarities really are there were UDFA and don't have an Elway level arm? I mean there are a ton examples of those guys that have bounced around the NFL.

    Brosmer in Vikings Game

I don't think the comparison is very good. Brosmer seems to have a little better arm, throws with anticipation better (at least so far), and make the smart play a more than YOLOing. Keenum got away with a lot of bad decisions that season for the Vikings and was more of a risk taker than Max...

Minnesota Golden Gophers in the NFL - 2025

I don't think he's ready to start but if you're at a point where QB3 has to play, I'm about as confident in him as you can be with QB3.

Minnesota Golden Gophers in the NFL - 2025

I think he's already on the roster as QB3. I think the only remaining QB battle is if they like Rypien or Howell as the QB2 or if they go out and find a different QB2. I 100% feel good about if we had to start Brosmer for 1 game they might be able win with him, not sure if I want him as a long...

    Brosmer in Vikings Game

I don't if I would go that far yet but I think I have seen enough that I think it's a possibility now. I could see him being one of those backups that gets hyped a lot and he's sitting behind JJ. Somebody really hard up for a QB a couple years from now might toss some picks at the Vikes for him...

    Brosmer in Vikings Game

Max looked pretty good again. Little harder to tell because a lot of blitzing and worse OL play but I think he still looked pretty good given the situation. I think I would be more comfortable with him as the QB2 than Howell at this point. Not saying either is the best situation though.

Shedeur Sanders’ Slide in NFL Draft Cost Him $44 Million

Yes, Dalton in his prime is what I believe his Ceiling is and even Dalton in his prime is "Good". And that's the ceiling. Who's busting your chops? I'm just stating that Sanders is at best going to be a "solid" QB. That's if he reaches full potential, most QBs do not. Chances are he does not...

Shedeur Sanders’ Slide in NFL Draft Cost Him $44 Million

Yes, but very mediocre for his career and I'm saying that's his ceiling.

Shedeur Sanders’ Slide in NFL Draft Cost Him $44 Million

I wasn't comparing anyone other than saying they all had character issues. Not the same issues but they all had character issues. And Jamarcus Russell and Manziel are similar in character but at least Russell actually had the raw talent so that was more understandable why someone might take a...

Shedeur Sanders’ Slide in NFL Draft Cost Him $44 Million

Yes, Mayfield and Manziel come to mind but I take that the NFL learned a lesson on those two that you don't take QBs that high with that serious of character flaws. Maybe if Mayfield and Manziel not been the way they were relatively soon to Sanders he may have gotten less heat for his attitude...

Shedeur Sanders’ Slide in NFL Draft Cost Him $44 Million

He was an alternate in 2011 & 2014. 2011 80 rating, 20 TD 13 INT 2014 83 rating 19 TD 17 INT 2016 92 rating 18 TD 8 INT Pro Bowls don't mean shit. He was mediocre in 2 of those 3 seasons and little better than average the 3rd. Also, by most metrics besides yards he was usually in the...
