Iowa was a 2 pt game on the road at halftime, we didn't lose in Madison because we were lazy/not showing up-had a terrible night shooting, which happens to the best teams. Michigan and Illinois road losses were ugly, but quit acting like all of the road games were just abhorrent performances.

Purcell is nowhere near the physical specimen Eastern is, Eastern kicked a Cal OT commits ass on film last year. Eastern also plays way better teams. I don't think this is a great comparison, and I don't think Purcell has gotten the continued interest like Eastern has.
