Yes. Put it this way. Ohio State has a better chance to get in the dance than we do. It's mainly because we didn't beat anyone. We haven't. Nebraska, NWern, MSU. That is it. Playing them(Purdue, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois) tough doesn't get you anywhere.

Hard to say but only one of those you just listed came out of MN. It's tough. Just like any sport to compete at the D1 level with mainly MN players. The only one where MN ranks highly with power 5 players would be mens bball. It's just too cold here to consistently produce top talent...

I'm with you. But the past 10 years has seen many more mid majors invited. Gophers IMO are as good as any team that is going to sit in that 8-13 seed range. But they won't make it unless they win the BTT. Part of that is playing a non-con full of patsies and part of it is not beating any good...

I will say what I have said the last few games. This team looks like a tournament team. The play hard, good defense, rebound and have now(last 4-5 games) started to play great offense. It's a shame we lost Wisky and Iowa games, but they still have a decent shot, no matter what the rankings say...

Offense has been run much better the last handful of games. Lots of moving, picks, cuts, etc. Way less of the standing around iso ball stuff. It is a much more pleasing game to watch and works!
