They are getting the minutes it doesn’t matter. These players who are struggling are probably very frustrated. Coaches may be trying to be encouraging to them by starting them. Sometimes it’s a mental game with athletes.

I do NOT get to see practice, and I’m Not positive if she can run a PG position, but from what I’ve seen so far. Johnson may be better than Rose. However….i have not seen Johnson pass the ball much. Will be interesting to keep following.

I wouldn’t be too worried about only two recruits. Not graduating much. Will need another back up PG eventually (unless Klick can do it)….. class of 26 is WAY more critical to the Gophers.

Yes! Is Sophie Hart stay which I believe is her intent the Gophers will be graduating 4 starters in 2026. Right now the class of 25 is only two girls and I feel like that could be all they are looking for. Maybe another PG. I’m thinking they would like the class of 26 to be around 4 players.

What was nice about the slow start….the Gophers had a bench to help! Woodson had some nice hustle plays early, Stewart scored and Tori’s arms were everywhere. I’ve been excited about this team the last couple of years, but now I’m really excited and hope they can knock off some teams!
