Well, certainly Purdue did more dumb things. The halfback pass intercepted by the Gophers was so unnecessary...so dumb. They could run the ball at will but fell in love with the pass. The two face mask penalties were Gopher luck...without them we would have needed to make another play or two.

This should be a good thing for the Gophers! So many times a team that climbs into the polls feels the pressure and gets knocked out. The Gophers were gifted some juice to victory.

I believe on a number of throws the receiver did not execute their route properly. We throw before the guy turns around by design. If I reverse pivot on the wrong foot I'm going to be three yards away from the ball....these types of things happened a lot during the evening. Much more bad...
