You said Cignetti brought ready to play all americans to Indiana, that would mean he recruited or coached up players to an FCS championship game, then a bowl game in their first FBS season, Then The College Football Playoff. Unlike others here I don’t think his success is due to NIL.

Had had no built in advantages when he started, he was a successful coach at a lower level that brought a ton of players up with him, same as PJ with Morgan. It wasn’t money that made the difference.
