I like PJ but he set the standard, not us, to be "elite" and to always "improve your best." That's a high bar, but he set it and now has to achieve those lofty goals.

I disagree. I would give Fleck a C+/B- in recruiting. There are at least four MN kids starting on the OL in D1 programs. I realize we will never get them all but 1/4, 1/2 would be a step forward. I agree that hisis coaching is suspect.

Part of improving your best is keeping your best. I don't know how that is done in this case but then I am not making $5 million to figure that out.

Really?? With Claeys we won the Holiday Bowl against a really good team. We'll be lucky to go to bowl game this year and if we do it'll be a minor bowl game.
