We have to assume that the players are warned about this rule and the focus on it. Our kid violated the rule he knew was being watched and hurt his team. A loss of self discipline. He needs to be punished and I'm guessing he will be.

I like the proposal. I like the grouping by strength and geography. It makes sense -- so it has no chance of adoption.
