I stated this in another thread too that it's not a guarantee that he'd have as much freedom and control of the offense at another school as he currently does. Being able to successfully make audibles and checks at the LOS certainly helps his chances for the next level.

That's always a possibility but don't think it's an automatic. Him and his family have always talked about culture/relationships being the most important things. His mom is pretty active on twitter and is consistently talking about the culture and program. The Gophers run a pro style offense...

I do think the SEC is better this year than last but you're right, the bias is ridiculous. LSU climbed to #3 because of their win against Clemson. But that win now doesn't look so impressive now. Preseason rankings need to be gone. No rankings until at least week 4 IMO.
