Daniels was a loss for us, but I’m glad he got the start at OSU. Hate to see a kid transfer home and then ride the bench. I am concerned he got a low PFF grade, but hopefully he picks it up the next game.

Lindsey stepping forward and right to avoid the 6 man rush on that play was great. It was made possible by great blocking, especially the right guard moving two defenders to the left, and DT blocking the blitzing linebacker.

Our O line always improves. They are young with new starters. And our blocking scheme can be complicated, although last night it looked pretty vanilla. It’s hard watching the lines on TV, so I may have missed some things.

Defense and special teams were solid, but the offense wasn’t.

The O line certainly has struggled. I wonder what their PFF grade will be.

Our biggest fear!

Covering maybe the fastest guy on the team, and giving him a huge space to get up to speed is also “I don’t get it” time.

I want to say 9-3, but with many new starters on offense, I’m going 8-4 because I believe some of the Lindsey hype.
