Totally disagree on this. We can't compete with the big-budget teams on bringing in expensive players who are on the downside of their careers and are looking for a soft place to play for a couple more years. Instead, we're putting our money on younger players that are on their way to moving up...

Yep, as others have said, Tulane got an invite but turned them down. The public reasons were increased travel and such, the core reason is that financially they're far better off in the ACC than the PAC. New Mexico State and UTEP, however, would love to join the PAC. We'll see if Air Force...
