It is going to be a competitive market for a new coach after this seasons is done with Texas, Notre Dame, LSU and Oregon all most likely looking for new coaches. My pick for who we should hire is Dave Aranda. He may be under the radar enough to want the job.

I love Rodney, he works his tail off and is a great RB but Brooks needs to lead this team in touches every game for us to have the best chance to win. Every play Brooks can rip off a 30+ yd run. Smith will fight for the extra yards but he just isn't as special as Brooks.

The kid needs to be put on the bench for good. He was a nice walk on story last year with all of our injuries but he isn't a Big Ten player. Mcgee, Travis and Winfield can rotate from now on. Ayinde brings our defense down a level every play he is on the field for.
