I agree with all of this. He’s a tough kid and good player but not high major.

Yeah it’s not a good mix, that’s for sure. I always loved Hoffarber. Not athletic but man could he get the barn going with a couple 30 footers in a row. I remember he had 26 against Purdue when they were top ten and just stole the show.

I like Willie Wilson. He’s a tough kid. I just see Aligbe as another athlete who doesn’t have the skill set to play in the big ten. I wouldn’t be mad if we signed him but I just want skilled players who can knock down open jumpers. I’m tired of the “let’s find athletes and groom them into ball...

I’m not all that impressed with him. Seems like a hard worker and great athlete but Im not sure he’s skilled enough to play in the big ten.

Thanks Bob. Appreciate it. I genuinely was just passing along info. I have nothing to gain from this. I’m buying my season tickets next year no matter what. I am financially invested in this program. I have no ax to grind.

Forgive me as I don’t want to read through the entire thread. Have we announced any assistants yet?? I feel it would probably be hard for new transfers/recruits, current players to commit full heartedly to this program without knowing the makeup of the staff.
