I hope we don’t have to play Wisconsin again this year. It’s usually an ugly game. I think Badgers make the Big Ten Tournament. Gophers needed this win. Maybe warm LA sunshine will warm up their shooting. Not expecting victories out west but would like to see competitive games.

Agree that Battle really did try to will this team last night. We were having a watch party and everyone joked that even tho Gophers were the home team it was Olson that was getting the home calls regarding the fouls on Heyer. This game was so close, if Battle just makes her usual free throw...

I miss the 3 point defense we had earlier in the season, maybe it was the competition? We need Mara back and for Heyer to find her shot. But yes Michigan looked more poised their freshmen play well beyond their years. Would like to see a rematch down the road in the BIG tournament.

I watched them play in the past week. Apparently they play 5 guards, have we faced that yet this season? It should be an interesting matchup. Hoping for a healthier squad. Go Gophers!

When I was watching I couldn’t decide who to cheer for. On the one hand it’s nice to see the Hawkeyes way down in the standings. On the other hand, Ducks fighting for an NCAA bid like the Gophers.

What a comeback, and from a cast of different players. Sounds like illness going around, I hope they get healthy soon so they can get back to playing defense. A couple of tough games coming up this week. Nice knowing that they can comeback from large deficits.
