Who would want to hire Fleck right now? What does he bring to the table? A record of bottom-level recruiting? An inability to win must-win games? A promise that his team will be the losing team in a major upset every single year?

We should certainly be recruiting better than the bottom 3rd of the Big 10, but that's where Flecks recruiting classes are.

Anybody surprised by today's result needs to get his head checked. As I've been saying: We have been basement dwellers in the Big 10 with regards to recruiting for years now. You cannot expect to compete with teams like Michigan if you recruit as well as Bowling Green. Fleck needs to do better.

Are you watching the game? Just because I’m a Gophers fan doesn’t mean I throw away things like rationality and logic. We’re not in the same caliber as Michigan, and it’s because Fleck can’t recruit near the level of Michigan.
