Big arm is one of those "nice to have" QB things, I'll take it, but I don't think it has much to do with QB success overall and I think it takes an OL to even allow for those opportunities.

It's funny how much good "little things" can do. I miss the homecoming pins. I hear they're still around sometimes, maybe just the club level? But I've not seen them. People used to cover themselves in those pins, they were great.

Will be interesting how long the "KOC is the quarterback whisperer" story line lasts. Seen that label on many folks in the NFL and college and it ALWAYS wears off eventually ...

It still happens. Recruiting news at other schools mentions these stations now and then. I think PJ just doesn't take many chances on those guys that don't pan out like other schools do / we used to. I'm sure PJ takes some chances, but I think guys not doing the basic school work is very much...

I think that's a good idea. Throw some lottery type options. The number of perks has dropped over time and IMO the U makes a HUGE mistake in advertising all the perks to everyone if only to ... show most of the people what they can't have. That's bad, doesn't make people feel good. It's not...

Yeah JJ did his job in the role he was set to do ... but it that role wasn't to be a great QB .. and on a team with all the advantages, including the other teams signals. I just dunno man .... just not a lot we can look at and even get a clue about with someone like that.
