I couldn't agree more that McNeese is a pretty good team. The beat several ranked teams, including Washington and LSU, two seeded teams.

Who would have guessed that UCLA would lose two straight? Even after losing the first game, I bet most people thought they'd still come out of the regional. Wow!

And all four were starters for most of the season.

How often does it happen that the four highest ranked big ten men's track and field teams are the four western-most schools: Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Minnesota? (Last year Ohio State was the conference champion, and those other four schools game in 2nd through 5th.)
