Cal went 2/13 on third down, pretty impressive they managed 34 points with that stat.

Normally I think he grounds and eats clock, but with the new faces on offense I think he might want to get more reps and work on the pass game. Probably still chews clock most of the 4th.

Beat Cal, even in a close game, and I’m sure we’ll at least be getting votes after they showed out against Oregon State.

He definitely threw some into very tight coverage and let his wrs fight for some balls. We should have opportunities for some interceptions. A lot of his easy and effective completions were on little swing routes ran out of the backfield, I’m sure Collins will try to take those away.

Their o-line dominated as they should, but I didn’t think the rbs looked special.

30 is a ton if that’s what one will average for the year. For a single game though it’s nothing crazy. I do think Fleck does leave guys in too long at times. Up until the final drive the distribution of carries was pretty good. I’m guessing we could have just as easily have iced the game...
