Part of me wonders why I'm setting aside time to watch these games. On the other hand, can I really say no to witnessing a 0-20 conference record?

Surely there is an alternate universe where the Gophers run the table the rest of the season and win the B1G/NC. That is NOT our version of the universe, however.

US men's volleyball team now 2-0 in their pool with a win over Germany, although was a bit dicey after winning the first two sets. I hope volleyball gets more popular here...it's such a blast to watch.

For his 4th year at the helm, BJ is returning...3 players because of transfers? I'm rather fed up with this as is. There needs to be a substantially better season this year or he better be gone.

The endless free agent NIL stuff is really sucking the greatness out of college sports. But Pandora's box...can't close it after it's been opened. Schools may need to start approaching this like business contracts where NIL amounts require a certain time commitment...if someone leaves before...

Might be hard to pull him here since we are a couple point guards deep for next year.
